All these foods are broken down into three meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner, is forbidden to chop hours or, in case of need it, resorting to raw celery or carrot. As cooking methods, it should be noted that food should never be frying, they can only be cooked grilled or boiled, and salads should only dress with lemon or vinegar, never with oil.
